On the night of Meredith 16th birthday she shifted. When she came back from her birthday pack run and shifted back into her human self. She could smell something wonderful and discovered she had future Beta Brett and future Beta Bryan as mates. Identical twins often share the same mate and Meri was their mate. The start of the story shares their first year as mates. Then one night the Betas went out on patrol and did not come back. Meri felt them both die from rouge attacks and she was able to sound the alarm that saved the rest of the pack. She was left to raise her twin pups. A new pack came to the area. They had lost their land because of a huge forest fire. They only had the clothes on their backs and that was it. This pack had twin alpha leaders with no mates. Her pack welcomed them. A war broke out and Lycan's came to assist and they had twin leaders. Her pack joined the Lycan's in the war. Some I feel the pain and frustration of the characters. I definitely feel you are underestimated. You definitely don't write the typical werewolf stories. They are originals and unique. Heart of the Wolf by Anamantia

A human took everything from her. To escape the pain and heart wrenching emotions of loss, she fled into her wolf form and into the wilderness. She vowed to never again take human form and to live the rest of her life with the wolf pack she had found. She learned to hunt and track quickly. At first, the brutal life bothered her, but soon she became more beast then girl. One night though, an enemy pack invades her packs territory and she is injured during the fight. When she wakes, she is in human form and a park ranger sits above her, tending to her. She had vowed to never take human form again, but something about him calls to her. She feels torn. She wants to stay a wolf, but his voice and image won't leave her mind. Will she choose to stay with him, or return to her pack and once again shun humans?

An elementary aged wolf raised by humans. Everything changes after his first shift. A continuation of "Alpha Lilly". You can read it without reading the first but you'll know the characters better if you read them in order. The next book will be "Raised By Wolves" a werewolf pup adopted by wild wolves so check it out when it becomes available. Story excerpt "I was found bleeding in the road. They took me to the hospital and saved my life." I say "What were your wounds?" He aks. "Nope my turn. What is this place?" I ask knowing I'm testing his patience but he is obviously boss here and I want answers. "My pack." He answers "your injuries?" I dont know how to answer that so I turn away from him. I dont know what hurt me only the marks it left. "Answer ME!" His words make me stiffen and I feel my hands reach for the bottom of my shirt. I slide it off and turn to the man. A stand there chest exposed. I'm boney from lack of food and bruised from my foster father and brother. Amid all the fresh brusing three white lines stand out stretching from my shoulder to my hip. "This is what they were healing!" I yell trying not to cry. I remember the pain of the marks when they were fresh. Feeling embarrassed I put my shirt back on. "Rouges." The man whispers. "Those bruses." Ruby says from behind me. "The "Love" of my "family."" I tell her. "My turn." I say and the man turns back to me as he was facing the other adults. He raises his eyebrow and I take it as permission to continue. "What are rouges?" "Packless werewolves." He says. My jaw drops. werewolves? WEREWOLVES!? What the? "They are just a story." I say. "You know better than that." He says.

One night however another wolf picked up her scent and from there the rest is history. This story takes place three years after she was found. It takes on the struggles she faces as a maturing wolf who's about to be able to find her mate soon, while being in a pack that she still struggles to feel apart of due to the packs intimidating alpha.

In an effort to find himself a Luna he begins to court the Alpha King's daughter. How will it turn out for the soon to be 20 year old Alpha of Ice Winters Pack? Add to that a misogynistic, power hungry Grandfather and a war with the hunters you get Bane's story. The first few chapters line up with the beginning of my book "The First Princess". I like Bane and thought his story was worth telling so enjoy another side story! You can probably read it as a stand alone but it will have spoilers for "The First Princess" if you are reading the main series.
