Hello, my name is Adam, and if you're reading this, then i have either succeeded or i am dead. 4 years ago, my middle school class went on a trip, and on our way back, we were interrupted by Hurricane Nathan, the hurricane responsible for the apocalypse. The hurricane didn't kill me, but it put me into a coma. I awoke 4 years later, and the world had changed. The world is ruled by guns and so are my friends and family, and the love of my life. I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day.
