Every year in the small town of Holly Ridge there's a masquerade party, thrown by the mayor himself.

This year Lyla Oakly had no intentions of attending the party, but with her father being the mayor, she's forced too. She thought it'd be just like every year, bad music, slutty costumes, the works. But this year, this year was different.
