And he learned that ' cinndermau ' was her name.
As the clock struck twelve and she heard the chime,
She knew that she had run out of time.
She lost her locket within the rush,
And he'd use it to find her hiding in the hush.
And from the moonlit garden she fled,
He knew he'd have his own Cinnderella soul to mend.
Yet around the corner, a lurking shadow,
Still has many surprises to bestow.
