30 year old businessman Mr. Hemmings was a multi-millionaire and the manager of a family business 'Hemmings & Co'. He was very work orientated, he saw that nothing else mattered only work and money. He grew up in a wealthy family and never went without. He was taught that the only people that shall be respected are to be first class citizens only, the Hemmings despised second class and saw them as slaves. Luke slowly began to realize that doing all his own work was becoming harder and harder so he done interviews for an assistant.
17 year old Victoria Rose was seen as the 'luckiest girl in the world' because she managed to get herself the job as Mr.Hemmings assistant. But, working for the most wealthiest businessman wasn't what she thought it would be. Mr. Hemmings was rude and arrogant anyway but he didn't hold back on a snide comment towards Victoria which became more than a 'he was just having a bad day' thing, all because she was what he despised the most.
