Book 2
Slowly waking up, I felt pain on the side of my neck. Instinctively I touched it earning a small groan of pain to leave my dry lips.
Licking them, I open my eyes and was blinded by the bright light in the white room.
Looking over to my left, I see a glass of water on the bedside table with two pills to the side. Grabbing the medication and water, I swallowed it, loving the feeling of cool water pass my lips.
Setting down the now empty glass, I noticed I was wearing black pajama pants with a loose white t-shirt. I don't remember wearing this. Where am I?
All my memory came back at once. Lifting my now shaking hand I touched the painful side of my neck again but this time I felt a bandage.
My hair was trimmed too I noticed, when I didn't feel my fringe poking my nose. I began looking around the very white crisp room.
Hearing movement across the room I immediately look up into the eyes of Avery's.

I look up at Todd's window and grimace when I see him gently pushing Jennifer into his room. So that's where he went. My stomach clenches painfully as I watch him pull her in for a slow kiss and I quickly drop to the floor when he suddenly breaks off the kiss and looks directly at me. The last thing I need is for him to think that I'm being a creeper and spying on him. I hold my breath for a few seconds before cautiously peering over the edge of the window, looking into his room. My mouth goes dry as I watch him peel off his shirt and throw it onto the floor behind him. I didn't realize he was so buff. I knew he was athletic, but I didn't expect him to have a six pack. Licking my dry lips, I watch in envy as Jennifer says something to him, making the muscles in his stomach contract and release as he laughed with her. I shake my head. She has no idea how lucky she is. I'd kill to be her right now. I mean, Todd's attitude leaves a lot to be desired, but that doesn't stop him from being the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. It must be the contrast between his dark hair, tanned skin and bright blue eyes. And those muscles. Wow. I suppose his attitude could be fixed. Definitely. It's a little magic trick called duct tape. I beg in a quiet voice, looking down at my feet. The next thing I see are his black combat boots right in front of my shoes. I look up into his eyes and he looks down into mine confusion written all over his face. "How come you aren't running yet?" He questions searching my eyes. It was gentle at first, tender little pecks, before Fionn embedded his fingers into Dante's hair. The vampire tugged Fionn flush against his body as they explored one another's mouths. "What I was going to say was selfish..." He mumbled. I edge closer to him until my hand slowly cradled his cheek. Tilting his head up to look at me. "Please let me know what it was." It was now nighttime and I returned to my room which was very dark. The curtains were closed, strange I'm sure it was open this morning... Whatever. I put my bag down and went straight into the shower. I didn't spend a long time inside cause I was very tired and wanted to sleep. I froze in fear for a few seconds and stopped moving. I suppose he let his guard down since I stopped struggling, so I took this chance and flipped us over. It was now my turn to be on top and somehow succeeded to untie myself. I was lucky he didn't have time to fully tie me yet, so it was kind of easy. It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but I still put my hands around his throat and started to strangle him a bit. 'W-Who are you and w-what do y-you want?' I asked trying to hide my fear that I miserably failed. '...' He still didn't respond, I was starting to loose control on myself. His silence was killing me and I started to shake in fear. Then he spoke and caught all my attention: 'You're so cute when you're afraid pet.' I froze, I recognized this voice and my fear turned to be true.
