A Shifter and a Shifter

This is a cooperative project between myself and Tkay1991. We'd like to know what you think of it as we go along.

Nobody in the human world knew that monsters did, in fact, exist. At least, not until a few years ago. Seven years have passed since the existence of the monster world had been revealed and things were going as expected. Over half of that time had been purely diplomatic talks over combining of the two different worlds and the humans weren't exactly trusting. Over time, however, one city had been modified and now housed the first ever official combination of an even distribution of monsters and humans. This city is now known as Omnidal and is also where Talum, a young shifter trying to make her way in life, lives and works. She is chosen as a diplomatic experiment at the local monster university, a place where the supernatural can obtain an education outside of the scrutiny of the human world. It's here where she'll get more than just her degree.
