The story of Utopia revolves around a revolutionized Civilization. A future Earth if you will.There is no racism, no gun violence, and everyone in the LGBTQA community is accepted. Seems to good to be true right? Well, you are. Everyone remembers segregation, yes? In this City there is segregation of a different degree. The Rich who live in the Big City and the poor who find themselves in the slums. There is no in-between here. Most of you must be having your Ah-Ha! Moments I knew there must've been something wrong but there's more to it. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
