Who's Fault Was It?

A story about an almost dead girl named Grace who "imagines" seeing a shady, hooded guy. He shows up constaly in the most unexpected and creepy places. She cannot tell if he is real or fake. Her psychiatrist, Dr. Smith, plays a big part in her "suicide".
