"And this, class, are the most accurate images we have ever gotten of theuniverse" the teacher clicked play on the video and everyone's eyes widened in awe at the universe. Eleanor looked back at gabbie, her eyes were wide and there was a slight reflection of the screen on them. A couple strands of her hair fell from her bun and her cheeks were red and flushed. Her chest rising and falling slightly and her lips part, whispering "wow" every now and again. Eleanor longed to be in her arms that were clasping her book ever so tightly. She longed to kiss those beautiful lips and be the cause of her inchanting laugh. No words could describe how much Eleanor wanted to fall asleep next to gabbie and wake up to her sunlit sleepy face. Eleanor longed to- "And that's all class! Class dismissed" Eleanor broke out of her trance as gabbie walked over to her. "That was AWESOME! You sure look awed!" She laughed. "What's wrong?" "N-nothing. Uh I need to go to the bathroom" Eleanor quickly picked up her bag and ran to the bathroom, passing by a lot of confused faces. She locked herself in a stall and looked in the mirror. She did look awed ineed! And then it hit her, what she felt for gabbie wasn't normal, because while the universe, the most beautiful thing, was unraveling Infront of her eyes. Her mind was on gabbie. While gabbie stared at her universe. While everyone else was staring straight at ther universe, Eleanor was staring at hers. Her universe was touchable. Her universe smelt of a sweet, soft woody musk. Her universe had a beautiful, silky sound and a soft but electrifying touch. Her universe was Gabbie.

I smiled at him but tears were starting to blur my vision together. "I hate you." His smile faltered and he looked taken back, "Not like that, Drake. I hate you because you make me cry. You're supposed to beat up the guys who make me cry, not be one of them." "But they are happy tears, right?" he clarified. I smiled and nodded my head, before gripping his shirt, pulling his body against mine. "I'll never make you cry because you're sad, understood? I'm never leaving you." I didn't respond this time, I just sat in his lap, holding his torso and he played with my hair. "I don't know if I can let you in yet Drake," I told him truthfully, the one thing I had been dreading telling him. "I know. But I'll never hurt you like the others have. I-"he cut himself off and took a deep breath. "Riley?" he moved me away from his shirt. I looked at him in the eyes and say an emotion. One I hadn't seen in a long time and one I haven't seen in his eyes before. "Can I kiss you?" __________________ Drake was the player of the school. Everyone knew his name. Riley was the nerd of the school. No one knew her name. Complete opposites but for some reason, opposites seemed to attract. Riley knew that Drake had a new girl every week, but she felt like she could change him. And maybe she could. Maybe she'd be different. *Based on a true story*
