Getting over Gabe

Katy has been moved around a lot, her life is pretty messed up, so when Gabe, the most popular boy in her school, and almost three years older than her, shows an interest in her, Katy is flattered. In fact, soon she starts returning his feelings. But at fifteen, there are things she still isn’t ready to do, and that’s when the abuse starts.
This is the story of Katy, as she recovers from a relationship gone terribly wrong in a Children’s Home, away from her detached workaholic of a father, and the house she has lived in for the past three and a half years. Pranks, stolen crayons, loopy nine year olds, and one boy nobody knows a thing about, but who may have suffered more than anything anyone could ever have imagined, Katy’s life is far from over, in fact, it has only just begun.
