Once Upon a Grimm Fairy Tale

This is a collection of the original German fairy tales first published in 1812 by the Grimm brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm.

Because these tales are the the original stories, the language and content is significantly different than the modern versions, and readers of these versions may find more violence and crudity than in the retellings that are more familiar to most modern readers

Note that these tales are presented more or less as the Grimms collected and edited them.
