Angel is a 16 year old African American who lives in Chicago. She has lived in the hood all her life. Her mama once told her "get you a white boy, all these black folks out here are nothing but trouble!" Angel had never met anyone that wasn't of her race, so she never listened to these words. She always imagined that white boys were too soft and that he wouldn't protect her like she would want. So, when she finally meets one, will he change all of her motives?

The beautiful angel walks up to me and looks at me lovingly. A year ago, I would have been disgusted but now his gaze was doing things to me, things I didn't want, FEELINGS I wasn't ready for.
