Daisy McKenway wants a fresh start away from her old life, and away from the people who were only keeping her behind. But those people were also trouble, and she happened to have been living with a group of troublemakers and gangsters for the past three years. 

In a new town, she meets Jason Black, the rival and enemy gang leader of the man that she has been living with for the past three years. Things have just gotten a lot more complicated when she becomes his roommate. Jason can't explain his sudden protectiveness over his new roommate, but she has exposed him to the feelings he never thought he could feel. 

They grow to love one another but things get rocky when secrets are forced to be revealed, and it changes everuything.

Warning: wrote this when I was like 15 years old, which is like 7 years ago. It's what you probably expect from a 15 year-old. I wasn't mature, not experienced in the doings of life, and therefore, not very wise when writing this story. Characters may irk you when they're responding to conflict.
