In the Death Rule Book Vol. 1 it says:
a) Never speak to the dying.
b) Never ever touch one who is about to die.
c) Never take a life unless the soul requires and asks for such a solution.
Grim 651 013 isn't the best Reaper at G.R.Organisation nor is he the worst. Mediocre as he would like to put it. When his Boss sets him up for another task, he meets a young girl and is dragged unwillingly on a journey where he realises who he might have been, and who is really his friend or foe.
