To be lost in a world where the norms of society is forced upon every living thing is pain, especially for the eleven year old Justin Lucas. Justin has always felt different from other people and he could never pin point why he felt the way he did until he stumbled upon a secret that has been kept for many centuries by the Free World Order, a large group of people that run their society very different from the type of  society Justin is used to. As the Free World Order plans to attack Port Barre, Justin's home town, things begin to heat up in his own house as Justin begins to learn things about himself that he never gave thought to. what will Justin do to save his home town and the Free World Order? How will Justin deal with what he learns about himself and other people?
