This story is about a 16 year old girl named Violet. She is a very beautiful girl. But she has problems fitting in and she gets bullied and her father beats her. Violets mother, Anna died when she was only 6 years old from breast cancer so Violet is left is left with her abusive, alcoholic father. Violet gets depression from everything such as her father, having no friends, her mothers death and stuff like that. She becomes suicidal and cuts her wrists down to the vain and leaves huge scars. She hides the scares with her sweater so no one would see. Violet gets caut trying to kill herself in the basement by her crush that comes over from time to time.
