As the year 2099 goes into 2100, the earth is ridden with war and disease. It has been split into four remaining continents; Invio (a barren desert wasteland), Copiam (the plentiful remaining forrest, where the richest live) Bellum (where the war is taking place place) and Frigore (stuck in an ice age). A bio-terrorist group called the Torva have unleashed an unstoppable disease that has eaten away at the planet and its inhabitants, the earths population standing at a mere 5 million.

However some evolved humans have mutations that allow them to survive the disease - these few individuals are called evo's.

17 year-old Halley lives in the dry, poor desert continent Invio, where it hasn't rained in 50 years. When she and her friend Phoenix are swept up in the worlds most dangerous war to date, will they triumph and help save the planet? or become more victims of the Torva's deadly disease?
