"I won't hurt you," The small girl whispers as she inches closer. I stand my ground and push my ears forward, not sure what to do as she approaches. I have been through too many people with ropes and horses under spells. But this girl has none, and as she reaches out her tiny hand, I bend my long face down toward it and let her touch, but quickly turn and gallop away in fear.
