Godspeed

There's a new speedster on the streets but his lightning isn't red. He calls himself Godspeed and when he runs, a flash of bright orange lightning is left in his wake.
Caitlin, Cisco, Wells, and Barry are trying to figure out how he got his powers, seeing as Barry was the only person struck by lightning that night, but when Godspeed shows up on S.T.A.R. Labs asking where Eddie and Barry are, things get hairy.
