Karen, an average teenage girl who is unique in her own way and doesn't belong to a social group meets Raven, a young girl whose father beats her constantly. Will a friendship blossom or will something unthinkable happen?

To everyone, Freya Daniels has everything anyone could ever ask for. Not to her though, she doesn't even have the opportunity to make decisions for herself. This world is filled with terrible people, you're so naïve, how could you possibly decide who you'll spend the rest of your life with?" "Oh and you of all people know who's right for me?" I let out a cynical laughter. * * * * Fated to Marry the shamelessly flirtatious and fun loving Aiden Savant who believes he has everything and who just like her father, does not believe in love but has the life goal of making his father's company prosper even more. Throw in trying in situations and surprises, will they happen to be what they need? An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Concluida

"What? Are we housing the French homeless now?" I snort again. That's what her accent sounded like, French. "Raven Martin Matthews!" My mother gasped. "Be nice!" She turned to the girl and lead the way, "Come let me show you to your room." "And oh to be clear, I'm French-Australian," she narrowed her eyes at me. "That doesn't make any sense," I roll my eyes and grab the suitcases, following behind them. ... Liz is forced to move across the hemisphere and move in with her godmother, Claudia, and her horrible son, Raven, yes like the black bird. Raven doesn't like people invading her personal space, and doesn't trust easily. And worse, he tests the shit out of Liz from the day she moved in. Liz on the other hand, is a survivor. "I... Am here to see you.", I told him as I placed my hands around his neck. I could feel my heart beat getting faster but I had to keep it strong if I had to survive this scenario. "What?", Brandon asked completely startled. I leaned in more closer to him. The only good thing in this entire scene was that he wasn't pushing me back due to my creepy behaviour. "Oh... Bran, I was missing you so much, I just... I needed to see you.", I said as I came up with lie. "Are you drunk?", Brandon asked as he leaned in closer trying to smell my mouth. Thank God Fel had given me her mint gum only moments before I went commando and came inside the locker room. "What?", I scoffed still standing extremely close to Brandon. "I just.... I was missing your gorgeous face.", I told another lie. But wait? His face is gorgeous so that isn't a lie. And was I not missing seeing him? I noticed Brandon who just had his eyes popped out of his socket with bewilderment at my words. I decided to peck him on the cheek before I storm out of the locker room. I leaned ahead to peck Brandon who moved his face in my direction and instead of his cheeks, our lips crashed. Brushing against each other, our lips touched. I could feel fireworks exploding inside my entire body. With my neurological system not responding anymore. ******* Depicting the hostility and vulnerability of a young woman to a society the story centers around a normal sophomore, Amy Cole, who had a normal life. Well way too normal for her situation. Amy's life was all good until one day, when her friends dumped her and blamed her for something she never even did. Her life takes a complete turn as her childhood crush, Brandon Mayhew, the Mayor's son, who once broke her heart, rushes back into her life through a series of events. With new friends, shifting thoughts, confused feelings and fighting anxiety and standing for the right thing. Amy makes her way to the top. Only to get at the top of everyone's hate list.Concluida

She is hurt, feels betrayed but also is now faced with another dilemma on top of it, she finds out that Rowan and them were promised her beautiful cousin instead, and so now she is stuck to an egotistical, maliputive, deceiving, arrogant cold hearted killer who she has to pretend she is in love with. Rowan doesn't want a relationship but is forced to go along with this idea in order to become the new Mafia King. His father believes in family.
