It started in fourth year, with a simple panic attack. That's when everything changed.

Draco had always been in love with Harry, since he met him in Madame Malkin's. He pretended that it was hatred because it made the pain easier to deal with. He never thought that Harry would become his friend- the idea was laughable to him. But one day, he said two simple words, and Harry became his best friend. He made a promise to himself that he would make Harry his and he intended for it to happen.

Harry had always thought that the Slytherin Prince was attractive- and maybe, he had had a small crush once upon a time. And maybe, he still did. And he was falling deeper and deeper, but he was sometimes stupid, and sometimes made mistakes, and having a crush was definitely a wonderful place for those traits to hurt him. But Draco? Nothing Harry did involving Draco was stupid or a mistake. In fact, everything seemed to happen in a way that made Harry promising to make Draco his.

Pansy never expected to fall for a girl, much less a Gryffindor, much less a muggleborn named Hermione. But she did, and she fell fast, and it was a mess. She tried to push it aside, but all it did was make her chase after this girl more. And she swore that one day, Hermione would be Pansy's.

Hermione was a good student. She didn't get distracted. She didn't misbehave. She didn't let boys cloud her mind. But a girl... When Pansy came along, Hermione was caught blindsided, and though she tried to push her thoughts aside and push them down and forget them, they never went away. And somehow, she found herself wanting Pansy to be hers alone.

And everything changed.

His life has become even more complicated when he tries to help his new friend, his former boss, Hermione Jean Granger-Weasley. ~excerpt: How could Ginny do this to her? To her! They were supposed to be best friends, sisters even. A hand wrapped around her wrist. "Go away Ginny." She bit the words out. A low chuckle rumbled behind her. "Too bad I'm not the Potter." Why did he have to follow after her! "Go away, Malfoy." The hand dropped away from her wrist. "So, it's Malfoy again." The pain in his words brought Hermione to a halt. "Why did you follow after me?" She whispered without turning around. Draco chuckled and she could imagine him running his hand through his hair. "It's quite obvious why Ginny did this." Hermione turned around to look at him, stunned that he had called Ginny by her name. He brought his eyes to meet hers and laughed. "Apparently, not that obvious." He continued when she remained quiet. "She's playing matchmaker." Ginny was doing what! Hermione was going to have to have a long chat with her friend. "I'll tell her to stop." She said tersely. "Why?" Did he really just ask her why? He should be the one to know why, Hermione had told him the reason why they would never be together. Then she remembered his words from that day, he had told her that she was worth the wait. . . . . . . . Characters belong to J.K Rowling.

[WARNING! THE STORY CONTAINS TOPICS LIKE SELF-HARM & EATING DISORDERS] It wasn't funny. It wasn't funny that half of Hogwarts thought, Draco Malfoy had a vicious, antisocial personality disorder. The blond boy couldn't believe it. Whoever had spread that rumor needed to get stabbed. Technically it wasn't a rumor, though. Hogwarts was supposed to think it was a rumor, but in reality it was the naked truth. Draco Lucius Malfoy had a vicious, antisocial personality disorder, which wasn't fun for him nor the people that were around him. His character was frightening, vicious, brutal and militant - he was constantly expecting betrayal and punishments, wherever he went. That also explained why he was so tensed and angry all the time. Twisted - that was what would describe it the best. It was twisted. Out of all people, Harry James Potter had to fall for his archenemy - Draco Lucius Malfoy. Harry had heard of the rumor about Draco's personality, the Gryffindor loved the taller blond boy despite his issues. Harry loved everything about the Slytherin. His blond hair, his grey cold eyes, and his pale skin. But as every love-story, this one has to have a plot. Everyone at Hogwarts and in the rest of the world knows that Draco and Harry are archenemies. They can't, I can not stress this enough, CAN'T be in love with each other. Well, the universe desperately wants it to happen, so it has to, somehow. But how in the world will Harry get his archenemy to look at him, in a way that's not negative for once? How will he possibly get together with him? And how's Draco supposed to get together with Harry? He's a pure-blood and therefore can't be in a relationship with Harry James Potter, can he? Well, you gotta read for yourself if they're going to figure out a way or not! Have fun! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ALL THE CHARACTERS AND PLACES BELONG TO JKR!! I AM NOT CLAIMING ANYTHING!!
