Daryl Dixon is a hot headed nineteen year old who is stuck in the same small town he's grown up in with his older brother Merle. His father is a drunk and his mother is a product of abuse and drugs. Needless to say, there isn't much light in Daryl Dixon's world. That is, until a young seventeen year old girl forces him to see himself in a new light. With much discomfort and struggle Beth Greene encourages Daryl to become a man who is nothing like his father, but a man all his own. Daryl knows he doesn't deserve a girl like her but her infectious light encompasses him and takes him on a journey to shed light on his darkened heart. Can she shed Daryl of his troubled past and family's life that haunts him everyday? Or will Daryl let the darkness consume him and bring him to the fate he always believed he deserved. Nothing.
