Basically Gray is sick and Natsu takes care of him while hiding from Erza, and that is all I came up with so far.

What happens when four friends working a normal shift at work turn on the news and the world that they knew comes crashing down around them. Terrorists have attacked the capital and have cut off Washington D.C. and have taken West Virginia. Follow Natsu and his friends (Grey, Erza, and Mira) as they survive in what was ounce the capital of The United States and West Virginia. A few months into Gray and Natsu's relationship, Gray starts to feel like choosing Natsu was a mistake. So, he dumps him and goes to Juvia. [completed] It's just another day at FairyTail, when Lucy enters the guild; a small smile across her lips, and her keys attached to her waist. The guild is being as rowdy as ever, the boys throwing chairs at each other as Erza tries to get them all to settle down. Except that Lucy can't seem to find Natsu. "Mira..." Lucy mumbles as she takes a seat at the bar, her eyes still searching for her partner. "Hm?" She asks, placing down the cup that she was cleaning. "Where's Natsu?" Mira's posture suddenly shifts, she leans over closer to Lucy, grabbing the edge of the counter. "Lucy..." She warns. "You have to stay away from Natsu. Just for a little while..." "Eh? Nani?"
