Aile is your typical nerd with the smarts, glasses and all. Her school life so far has been miserable and she think Year 10 will be no better.
That is until she meets Charlie, the British boy, whose friendship draws attention. Suddenly jealously and gossip arouses. Aile starts to question the people around her. Like why her brother acts so weird whenever she is around Charlie? Or why does her brother's friend, the most popular guy in school suddenly want to be around her?
Through her little adventure she learns about true friendships, true love and people's true selves.

The Story of Us
Cliche. I know I know. Bad boy meets the nerd. But hey this story may just be not cliche enough yet still cliche to meet your likings. Meet Lennon. Obviously, the nerdy girl. She mostly keeps to herself. Sits in the back of the room with her hair always covering her face. Her bulky glasses frame her face largely but she doesn't mind much. Her best-friend is the head cheerleader and she always tries doing things to Lennon to make her more outgoing. then in English class she has to make a story of herself and her partner. Named Parker. Meet Parker. Bad-Boy of the school. Mostly closed out. Has one friend they are pretty close. Most of the girls go after him but very un-cliche. Not the head-cheerleader. He never really knew why because that is usually what happens. As a matter of fact most of the cheerleaders barely look at him. He is very cocky and rude to the girls he does know though.
