She clutched his shirt tightly and tried to hold back the fire burning behind her eyes, but he could still feel wetness seeping through the thin cloth of his t-shirt.
"Tell me lies, Jupiter," she gasped, fighting back a sob. "Tell me that I'm not alone, tell me that you believe me, that I'm okay and that I'm not as broken as I feel."
He swallowed the lump in his own throat and whispered,"... Okay."
