Everything goes fine until the crew comes across an unknown species of alien who simply calls himself, the Phantom. When the ship is attacked, the Phantom is believed to have escaped entirely, that is until his ship is tracked down and its discovered that the strange creature is still roaming the Palais's walls and has taken a liking to Christine.

Raoul's crew ensues a battle against the Phantom for freedom, control and love.
