This is a game which puppets and the puppet masters play.
Adeline, a girl who thought she hated pokemon for 16 years goes on a journey with her new found companion, Tetra the Taillow. In this Journey, she meets different pokemon, common or legendary, as well as gym leaders and evil villains, and most important of all, a person that she couldn't help but keep him dear in her heart despite the fact that they do not know each other for a long time.
Natural Harmonia Gropius, more commonly known as N.
Together, they work to unveil the plans that the evil has made. They struggle for their belief, for a world they believe will become better. And to help the much needed healing of the world where legendary pokemon are used for evil and brought to clash against each other blindly.
Then perhaps, they can retreat to the peaceful life they have earned.
This is a OCxN story.

Pokémon: Out of the Woods | A Galar, Unova & Sinnoh Fanfiction
N's son Neptune has long accepted that his own son died in tragic circumstances. So when he gets an unexpected call from a stranger in Galar, claiming that his son is alive and well, he doesn't know what to think. This unidentified man also claims to be a member of the criminal syndicate Cipher. It's suspected that they aided Team Plasma's last revival, but why would even Team Plasma know the location of a baby who supposedly drowned when he was only one week old? Naturally, Neptune and his friends want to find out for themselves, but this is an International Police issue as well as a personal one. They send two promising young officers, Triton and Sam, but that won't be enough. They also enlist the help of a woman from Orre, Heather. She's a bounty hunter, hacker, frighteningly strong Trainer and most importantly, she can see the auras of Shadow Pokémon - which may well be necessary if Team Plasma and Cipher really are working together.
