"My mind is a tree.
My thoughts are the roots
Curled in a frantic mess so it'll never be free,
Trapped in a dark oblivion for good. "
The Thinking Tree is a tale of a girl named Nura , she who writes her joys and sorrows under a significant tree when the sun rises.
This tale tells the story of her life that spirals through mind-boggling yet relatable journeys.
Journeys that are woven gently yet surely through pain into the one thing she loves most, poetry.
Along with a boy that sets a series of events into Nura's life, follow her through her most depressing and uplifting points. The black , the white. The dark, the light.
And all of the in-betweens.
Poetry may seem like a futile attempt at getting better but I damn well know that to a handful of people everywhere,
nothing has ever made us feel more alive than these words constructed into sentences.
I hope you're one of those people.
Without further ado, I give you the book of thinkery ; The Thinking Tree.
