There was a list of things in life that Bourbon Daniels never expected to experience: 1. She had never expected to meet a celebrity. 2. She never expected him to be so charming and down-to-earth 3. She never expected a picture of her kissing him to end up on the cover of Seventeen. 4. She never expected to see him again. Check. Check. Double check. Triple check. *** The train jerked and Bourbon's hood flew backward- she shivered as her hood flopped onto her back. Cam turned to face her, and the small smile on his face dampened as he interrogated her. "You want to tell me about these rumors floating around? This 'affair' you've been having?" *** She was nobody. How did she end up on the covers of magazines? *** Bourbon ran a hand through her hair and shook her head- there were bigger things to worry about right now. Like Seventeen's cover story: "Secret Couple On the Verge of A Break-Up?" *** Colin looked at her from his position on the ground, "So are we engaged or what?" He shifted slightly before speaking again, "It's not really comfortable down here, so if you could, you know, hurry it up..."

While watching the movie and reading the books, a YouTube video discussing how plot twists and different character arcs could have improved the movie sparked some scenes and debates among us in the book club. So my friend and I decided to rewrite the movie with some better plot twists. This was thought of in a car after escaping an awkward dinner. Fair warning, we lost some brain cells along the way and jumped off the diving board and lost the plot. This book is an adventure that made me cry and throw my phone. Enjoy. "You are a monster, Cam," I rasped, my voice thick with loathing. The truth of it vibrated in my bones. "Perhaps," he'd conceded, a chilling smile touching his lips. "But at least I'm an honest one. And I'm willing to do what's necessary." Luce, a faint, almost imperceptible scoff escaping me. "Gabby?" I repeated, as if the idea was ludicrous. "Gabby and I aren't together. Never have been." Luce stared at me, stunned. "But... I saw her kiss you." I merely shrugged, a hint of something cynical in my eyes. "People do stupid things at parties. Doesn't mean anything." "Quite a show, Price," he said, his voice low, almost a purr. "Lucky you had Daniel to catch you, huh?" The subtle emphasis on 'Daniel' was not lost on Luce.
