In the hills of Scotland, there are rumors and stories about a girl. A girl who shoots arrows of fire. A girl from an age ago.
Merida has no memory of who she used to be. All she knows is that she awoke in a circle of stones, and that she had been in this existence for eleven hundred years, roaming the wild places of Scotland, living off of the land.
All of that changed when a bear gives her a message, and together, they race off to find three others like them. Spirits of Ice, Change and Flowers.
With Björn's help, Merida becomes a Guardian, but soon finds out that they are corrupt. She needs to find her past, and learn to be one with the wind. Fearless.
For those who are wondering, this is a ROTBTD fanfic. There is NO shipping in this, though I'm planning on some for the next book. Votes and comments are much appreciated!

The Big Four. Four BFFs from hundreds of years ago. A series of accidental meetings that blossomed into strong friendships. Until one of them moves. And then dies. The other three are devastated by this news. They decide not to have their planned meeting when they turn 18. But fate chooses to unite the four once more. They enjoy hours of reminiscing and story-telling, and get glimpses of how life has been good to each of them. My book follows the story lines of all of the movies almost exactly. I changed RotG to better fit the timeline, though, causing Jack Frost to become a Guardian very soon after dying instead of hundreds of years later. This is a Big Four story. I don't own any of the characters. All of them are from Disney or DreamWorks. Elsa was new in Fatalery High School with her sister, Anna. They met two girls named Rapunzel and Merida, they rapidly became best friends. They were the ones who are bullied by the a group of four girls, Astrid, Tooth, Perri and Tinker. One day one of the most popular boys, Jack, saw these girls bothering Elsa and he defended her and helped her. Then, Jack offered Elsa to eat with him and become a popular girl. She said she would love to but if her friends could too. Jack told her that it was okay. Elsa told Anna, Rapunzel and Merida and they were very excited. That afternoon they bought new clothes and soon were prepared for their first day in the popular world. The next day was the best day of their lives and the boys started liking the girls.
