Jack Frost met Rosie when she was 6. Ever since then they have been best of friends, considering she was the first to see him.
Rosie comes from a mother who doesn't want her kids to believe in the fake. Rosie is defiant and believes in all the beings well into her teenage years. Her little brother Jamie, her littler sister Sophie and herself find themselves in the center of chaos when Pitch rises to power, threatening her safety as well as her siblings.
