As a female, she finds it difficult to be hired, so to avoid such delays, she passes herself as a male. Auctioned off at the price of 860 gold, she is sworn to protect a meager merchant by the name of Kendro, wishing to travel to Gemini capital city, Ministra. With the hostility in that region, likely Runa will encounter soldiers as often as bandits and monsters.
