Sonic started to cough up petals. Turns out he got a disease called Hanahaki disease, which means a specific flower starts to grow in the patient's chest, slowly suffocating them. This is caused by the patient dealing with unrequited love, it happens rarely and only with true love.. It's not just about dying 'cause of love. It's a brutal torture day by day. It intervenes into the patient's life, messing up their routines and themselves both physically and mentally, which is why it will deal with the topic depression. I hope my book will give this bad feeling through and making it able to understand the topic's darkside and how brutal hanahaki can really be. If you think about it, it's like being forced to drown from time to time. He wasn't crying out of sadness, but out of anxiety, fear, and physical pain. He was scared out of his mind and sometimes he felt dizzy from all of the thinking, heartaches, and throwing up. Jeonghan wanted to be there for him, he wanted to listen to whatever was on Joshua's mind and comfort him. He wanted to hold him tight in an embrace and tell him everything was gonna be okay- and he was too ignorant to even know what was bothering him.
