Allison, a girl who survived the maze with Group B, was stuck in a "home", as Janson aka "Ratman" says, along with two of her best friends, Aris and Lydia, after the rest of the group had left to "Safe Heaven". When a new group comes along. When a certain Asian boy comes, Allison starts to remember things, both good and bad. Will things go bad? Or good?

The usual starter pack of some character being the first girl in the glade and blah, blah, blah. Yeah..not what I'm gonna do. Let's start like this, trapped, hopeless, with no way out. That is the life in the glade. No one knows why they are there or how to get out. They try to keep each other in a state of sweet ignorance. Just to keep their sanity.
