It's been two years since Mikey left, and nothing has been the same since. The brothers are more distant than ever, and no matter what Splinter does, his sons remain lost. 

As more troubles continue to surface, questions come along with them. What happened to Mikey, and where is he now? Who is this new member of the Foot clan, and how does he know the turtles so well? Who is this New Vigilante on the loose? 

Leo, Donnie and Raph will have to work together to stop this new member of the Foot Clan before he kills anyone else, and more importantly, to find their brother.

It wouldn't be surprising if Leo got some unneeded criticism from his older brother, Raph, after Leo suddenly became the leader of him and his brothers. Mikey was always the one who tried to make things better, but he noticed things between them all have changed. Donnie is more obsessed with his lair and invention. Raph likes to cause fights with Leo at times and everything is just chaos. Mikey decides that after he's done with a single fight, he goes off to try and gain some peace, but he runs into someone. But soon Mikey got sicker and was dying due to the strong venom, much to his brothers' horror Seeking help from the mutated gophers, the brothers are in a race against time to find a cure for the poison in five hours or the poison will kill Mikey. It is there that the brothers learn the true value and power Mikey holds in the family as well as realising how close they came to breaking apart and vow to do anything to set things right Can they save their baby brother from an agonising death before it's too late? Will they be able to rekindled their brotherhood or is it the end of the Hamato Clan?
