Kuroko has notice lately that he has become more and more useless to his team to the point of almost losing. Kagami almost lost faith in him but tries to help Kuroko as he could. Kuroko doesn't want to burden anyone so he disappear. The Generation of Miracles were in shock and also in panic. Everything was quiet for a while after he disappear. They want to know what happen to him but they just don't know how.
Let's just say, he was free.
