To Fall

The Gods came together and created a masterpiece. The one who'll rid the evil of earth.

A flaw was overlooked. Before the Gods realised it, they were too late.

Their mistake?

They gave it free will.

Their masterpiece turned against them and slaughtered the Gods. Not satisfied, it descended to earth.

People who saw its descending exclaimed that it was an angel from heaven who came to save them.

Oh how wrong they were.

When it's foot touched the ground, hell was unleashed upon them.

An earthquake strong enough opened and swallowed the different types of species, wether that be humans, animals, vampires, werewolves, witches, and all those other creatures you never thought existed.

Then came came the rain, but water did not drop down. Burning hot droplets of lava came pouring from the sky. It burned cities, and countries. Screams of agony filled the sky.

When the destruction was over, a figure from the sky rapidly approached the ground. With large dark wings, she seemed to be unconscious.

They stared, but has done nothing to save the falling angel.The lucky surviving specie went into hiding, hoping to regroup and to repopulate the already destroyed planet they grew in, leaving the girl to fend for itself.

From 7 billion humans and 2 million mythological specie, it came dwindling down to 2,000 living creatures on earth.

To not save a falling angel would be one of the biggest mistake that they have ever done.

So if it happens again..

Who will break her fall?
