About a couple of months ago the bombings started. We soon found out that our own worst enemy was us. They started tearing down landscapes and buildings and houses we lived in, started striping away our humanity and leaving a bunch of fear-filled animals on the street. They started killing people that we loved, started taking souls like Grim Reaper. They started destroying the world around us that we relied on, started tearing down our pride and dignity. We don't live in those houses anymore because they got demolished, destroyed, and they hold too many memories. We can't love those people anymore because they're dead. Because they killed them. "Controlling the population", they say. We say, "Controlling us." We can't trust the world anymore because we live in it. Because 'they' live in it. One thing everyone has learned since the bombings, the one rule that we all have to follow, is to trust no one. But humans are social creatures. You know the saying, 'Strength in numbers.' So how have we survived, how will we survive? I have one answer for you. One sentence. One word. Run. ******************** 'Run' is a story filled with adventure, desperation, and heart-ache. It'll keep you sitting on the edge of your seat in anxiousness, waiting to turn the page (or scroll down on your computer or phone) for more.
