Jack realizes that he gave Ianto some of his blood after a weevil attack and that Ianto should be immortal. After he finds Ianto they slowly begin to recreate Torchwood three with Gwen's help but Ianto has to deal with his death at the same time and he isn't finding it easy.

"The TARDIS gave you part of her, you are Time and Space itself...just like her. You need to remember Yazmin." Before she or I could say anything else, like a poof of smoke she just disappeared.
