Seizing the Truth

(Temporary title) Have you ever imagined yourself living another life in another world? Jonythan had always dreamed of being somebody he's not, but despite his futile efforts to change his socially impaired ways, he always gives up toward the end. When he meets a boy of his age called Robert at a local bookstore, Jon finds himself a group of people he could finally call 'friends'.

One thing sets them apart, however -- Jon's new friends are in possession of a valuable device that lets you travel to countless worlds where other versions of his friends carry on with their daily lives. Jon finds the whole thing fascinating, until he discovers that there is only one copy of him -- no other Jonythan Creighton exists but him.

As Jon begins to search for answers, his relationship with his family and friends start to wither. Will he give up the search for the sake of his loved ones or will he still continue doing everything that will bring him closer to the truth?

Maybe it's better for some questions to be left unanswered.
