As all teens they stress, they turn into emotional train wrecks, and over all they just need someone or something to hold on to. For the social butterfly Harley, that would be her dear old childhood teddy bear. Adam, unlike Harley, is a quiet loner boy, that has enough anxiety to be considered a ticking time bomb. No control over his own emotions leaves Adam with his depression slowly destroying him. Harley believes she can help Adam, but doubts hey methods. It's insane to think a teddy bear can free you from yourself. However Harley has no choice, under Adams circumstance anything is worth trying.

Danielle and Toby have known each other for what seems like forever. Though they haven't always been good friends, they still somehow find themselves in each other's lives one way or another. After Danielle develops severe social anxiety, she finds herself getting closer to Toby. Danielle and Toby get to know each other in a way they never thought they would after Danielle's dangerous anxiety attack and emotional issues at home. Will Toby be the one to help Danielle escape her reality? "I know you're sad, so I won't tell you to have a good day. Instead, I advise you to have a day. Stay alive, feed yourself well, wear comfortable clothes, and don't give up on yourself yet. It'll get better. Until then, have a day!" -Unknown
