Much was lost following the Catastrophe. If humanity is ever going to be great again it must salvage what it can from wreckage and learn the mistakes of the past. These are the logs, diaries and journals of those enterprising members of the Insitute charged with delving deep into the ruins, the dark places and the lost corners to search for that which can be of use.
