Things are just looking up for Canae smith when she get's a job at a club not to far from her house to take care of her younger siblings Char and Darnell.
Ever since their mother went missing everything has been hard,but It all changes when she meets a guy that offers her a ride home when her own car breaks down and it's raining outside. You do weird things when your desperate.
''Thanks for the ride,''I said to the guy as I buckle my seat belt.
With his hands on the wheel he gives me a sly smile.
''No problem,''He says while keeping his eyes glued to the road.
Uncomfortable I try to start a conversation . ''My name is Canae what's yours?,''I start to think that he's ignoring me until we pull up to my drive way.
He stopped the car and scooted closer to me.''My name is Leo but you can call me Leo,''He was to close for my liking so I got out the car and slammed the door running into the house.
I locked the door and looked out the blinds to make sure he left. He did.
Leaving me stunned.
I never told him my address or what street to turn on.

Stranded in New York for an extra night than planned due to a delayed flight, I needed to find a way to keep myself occupied, and I soon found that something. Maybe Too Protective
We reached the hospital and Ryder, still being gentle, jumped out of the car. Zach opened the doors for him and they rushed inside the emergency room. "We need a little help." Max asked the nurse at the table. SHe seemed a little bit annoyed. "Sir this is the trauma center. If you have an emergency that can wait...Oh my gosh." She spoke once she looked at me. "Dr!" She looked at a blonde woman walking by. "Yes?" The woman walked over with a smile on her face. The nurse pointed at me. "Over here." She lead the guys to a hospital bed that they laid me down. "If it means anything, she has panic attacks." Ryder explained. "Page Shepard." She told someone. "What's her name?" "Lucy." Ryder told them. Then, light people around me became blurs, than darkness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maybe you had some high school bullies, but I hope they weren't like Lucy Smith's bullies.
