17 year old Marisole was stuck in her small little farming village destined to the life of a poor farmer's wife, that is until her parents and the rest of the village were cruelly killed by the Dark King's army. This curse turned into a blessing as Marisole was finally free to live the life she always wanted, until one night on a patchy old hiking trail Marisole comes to find herself face to face with the murderous Dark King. The scary thing is he isn't as Dark as his name implies.

This is loosely based on the ABC show "Once Upon A Time." I say loosely because it has none of the same characters, the only thing that is the same is the world they live in--the enchanted forest. Anything that I do borrow is the property of ABC and not mine.

Once upon a time there was a beautiful kingdom... Scratch that. this was a kingdom ruled by a malicious king. Once the Good king of the land past the queen had no choice to marry someone to help her rule the kingdom. Her son was too young and she couldn't keep it up on her own. The prince was mistreated and locked away in the castle by his evil step-father. The mystery remains why. When the prince escapes, having the knowledge that the king is locking him away out of fear of the power he possesses, and tries to leave. The guards are constantly searching for him and he is trapped in the town of Magnolia. When the beautiful maiden, Lucy Heartfillia, helps him away from the guards, he contemplates telling her that he is the prince. Before he can do anything strange events occur possibly reveling his true power. She helps him through all in his troubled times, and the prince cant help but fall in love with the beautiful maiden in the times of trouble. [SLOW UPDATES] Characters belong to Hiro Mashima. She had changed a week ago and found that she was afraid of herself. In this tail of romance and adventure Electra learns to love who she is, try to find her family, becomes a rogue among other were-panthers, and finds herself falling for an alpha. Not only that, she is being hunted down by her so called step father and his pack. "It's a good thing you guys don't ask any questions." I look down at the young boy who spoke, who's hands are tied tightly together. Twelve, thirteen at the most, I'm guessing. He walks into the forest with two adults, one male, and one female. I smirk down at them from my tree as I slowly climb onto a nearby branch of another tree. I leap across the branches, from tree to tree, as I make my way towards where I know the boys will be waiting. ******************************* Liz Murphy is not a normal girl, with her sparkling brown eyes, and her long pitch black hair. Abandoned by her parents at twelve years old, she's learned to live on her own. She had grown up in the Enchanted Forest until she found a magic bean at fourteen. She stays on her small side of the island, they stay on theirs. She listened for the first year, but got used to breaking the rules after she got used to the island. The Chosen One Chronicles: Where the Light Meets the Dark
High school student Anthony Scalese was having a normal day when his friends decided that they wanted to attend a party. After bumping into Emma, the girl of his dreams, in a not-so-positive way, he realizes that the day isn't going well. It gets worse when tragedy strikes, and his friend takes his own life at that party, forcing him into a depression that not even his little sister can help him out of. The only thing that keeps him going is his excitement for a school camping trip that is coming up with his best friend Edward. After a little mishap while hiking down from their camp site, Anthony and his major crush fall down the side of the mountain and get stuck, then get chased by a gun-wielding maniac into a cave. After what seems like days, they make it out of the cave alive, only to find out that they have ended up in a new world: a world where nothing makes sense. There are giants and leprechauns and shapeshifters...but there is also a great darkness that is out to destroy everyone-and everything-that it sees. Young Anthony finds out that it is up to him and Emma to save this new world with great powers that he had no idea he had, and make it home before anybody suspects a thing. Told from a first-person point-of-view, it goes into detail about the thought processes of a young man who has everything to lose. The protagonist deals with real life struggles every day, including the death of his friend, his dad who left him at an early age, and the pain of seeing his little sister being hurt by her boyfriend. He also has to take charge and become a hero for those who can't against an unwavering bully in a far-away world. My book blends fiction with reality, as the reader follows along in the life of a shy high school student who gets thrown into many situations he must overcome as he finds out who he truly is and why it is him who needs to save the world, while keeping the reader guessing every step of the way.Complete
