The night was silent except for the sound of a rickety old train on tracks. The train was full to the brink with children of all ages and it was on a journey to find Jack Parker. Jack was a young teenager, an orphan. As he slept in his strangely lumpy and very uncomfortable bed in his dorm, he heard the train but before that he heard the laughter of children. 

From that night onwards Jack had become one of the most happiest children in the world and his life changed for the better. Jack and his many companions set off on a journey of a life time, traveling the wild and embarking on adventures through jungles full of slithering boa constrictors, streets full of magic and wonder and  thousands of skies full of stars. 

Embark on a journey on the stellar train, the train that travels on the stars.

These stories are mainly to motivate me and to test out different writing styles. Each short story will be written in different styles. They take place in a world where magic and science combine. The first story here, I admit leaves the rules of the world and how everything works a little vague but each short story will add more and eventually the novel will tie up the magic system. Once a Blanketsnatcher gets to such an old age, they usually stay in their home of Blanket Town and no longer fly on the duvet whales that take them from their world to ours. The first chapter of this book began with a young boy named Cosmos in a family of six, whereby he was coming of age into a man. He has always had the feeling of being out of place in the world, or perhaps it is the world which is out of place. He has always been a Genius, which is both a blessing and a curse. This boy has an imaginary friend which he nicknamed Morningstar. He is very picky with his choice of friends, it is not easy finding someone who can match his complex mind. One could say it is because he sees the best and the worst in people. The storyline took a different route after he got abducted by a dreaded terrorist sect during his NYSC program in Borno State, Nigeria (a program for Nigerian citizens, after they graduate from an higher institution). A lot began to unfold afterwards, he soon discovered that he is just the tip of the iceberg in an entire world filled with principal actors. Time soon made the readers understand that there are a lot of higher forces at play in this novel; humans with godlike technologies and powers out of this world.
