When Isla is captured after learning something that tears her heart to shreds, she can't believe her luck can get any worse. But after escaping and finding herself in the unknown territory of a pack that aren't afraid to show blatant interest in her wolf, she's afraid that she may have escaped one dangerous situation only to land in another.


Without giving him a chance to respond she runs and wraps her arms around him "Please don't be mad," she whispers to him after pressing her face as close to his chest as possible. Looking up she gazes into eyes that are familiar and strange at the same time. And then lips are devouring her own in a sweeping kiss. Like nothing she's felt before the pulling and tugging, the savage way he takes her and enters her mouth chasing her tongue with his own before pushing her up against a tree and lifting her up so he is placed right at her centre holding her steady with hands under her thighs. He finally breaks the kiss giving them both the chance for a much needed breath while trailing kisses down her throat. 
"Henry." She lets out a small moan composed of his name before finding herself on the floor on her now very sore ass. 
"What the hell?" she moans while looking up.
Henry is staring at her with angry almost unreadable eyes. 
He's let his scruff grow just like the first time she saw him and she has the strongest compulsion to touch it. And this time she's not sure she'll be able to resist. That kiss was amazing.
"What's wrong?" she asks as he backs up further. It's probably not what either of them were expecting to happen but now that it has, it has her rethinking everything. But why is he still looking at her angrily. 
But before she can get any answers he throws a 'nothing' over his shoulder before walking away.All Rights Reserved
