They were the outcasts, the punks, and lowlifes who were known to be one step ahead of the 1800's style and weaponry and wanted to find a place in a world.
Will this be his fate to either join them, or face his horrible truth?

He is at least somewhat aware of us, the reader, and acknowledges us often, that's why he takes explains things with oddly, making a comment or two about how he should've known you wouldn't know that thing.
