Ella and Cassie are two completely different girls, living in different countries, coming from different backgrounds. Struggling with depression and anxiety, each day is a struggle for Ella, but this changes when Cassie comes into her life. Cassie is a loud and popular 15 year old from Scotland. She has come out and everyone around her accepts her for who she is. Like Ella, Cassie also has depression and is looking for someone to accept her and help her to work through these problems. 
Both girls are suffering silently alone until one day a post on a website for help with depression brings them together. Will they prove the myth wrong by having a successful long distant relationships? Or will they struggle without having each other by their side?
