The Movement: an experimental society that has come into it's prime. Words are limited and hardly heard. The society is cloaked in white and silence, in perfection and order. Taeo Ramm has always been the perfect Movement citizen. He has waited for the day when he would get his words, and it has finally come.
On the day of his 18th birthday, fresh out of his Surgery to speak, Taeo is taken by a group of rogue Free Speaks. These are people he was taught don't exist, but now he's found them. Or more, they've found him. And they have a plan.
It's time for the Movement to end it's experiment, and Taeo is the pawn to make it happen. Only, Taeo doesn't know if he wants to support the Free Speaks after he learns some of their own, dark secrets, but he doesn't know if he wants to support the Movement anymore, either.
He only knows one thing: things are changing, and he's the catalyst for it all.

Reader Comments: "I'm gonna gush about your book real quick...all the technology has a purpose and is beautifully explained so I can picture it in my mind...the whole concept of the book is completely original...*moment of silence for your beautiful arch of character development* everything your characters do is strictly them but they develop enough to show more about themselves without you straight up telling the reader about them" -Vairl9023 "Ahh!!! This is so good!! I will be anxiously awaiting the next Chapter!!" -CrystalBagot "Brilliant...ohh, this is very catchy, good work" -IndeeMaynard "I love this so far" -BrianneMorris "You've done a great job at creating a mysterious mood" -poisonedpen *** All Evita Creedy, 17, wants is to finish her degree and be accepted for a prestigious job with the city's Department of Energy. Then one day, as she's trying to continue her hard work, Silent Eden makes a discovery that could change the way she views the entire world. Zanthius has lived on his own since the death of his mother. As an Islander, he knows that the land he lives on is sacred, and that no Mainlanders are to step foot on the island. So when he finds the strange girl in the ruins of the Island, he doesn't know what to do. She doesn't speak the language--She doesn't speak at all! To find out where she comes from and to send her back are Zanthius' duties to his people. But is it worth it?
